‘Moulin Rouge’ – the only building with red windmill on it’s roof is a famous cabaret in Paris, France. Because of it’s distinct vibrant red color, everybody knows that this is the ‘one’ where musical dance entertainment for visitors from around the world is shown since 1889.
This cute little cuddly animals are called “Gundi or Comb rats”. They live in rocky desserts and are usually found in Algeria, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia. I saw them in Wilhelma Zoo and could not resist the temptation to not to take a picture when they were snuggling up all over each other.
As you might have guessed it, Pink line is not actually the flower name. So if you know the real name by any chance, please tell me.
Thanks to “ronniesz” who knew the name.
Louvre Museum is one of the world’s largest museum. It is located on the bank of Seine. I fell in love with this museum when i saw it for the first time few years back. It’s grand collection of objects from prehistory to 21st century is just impressive.
I have over 100 photos of this place but i think this photo has that “wow” factor – which is this week’s challenge. What do you think?
It is also known as the Chinese dwarf banana. It is a close relative of bananas. The plant is native in China, where it grows high in the mountains. It is known for its yellow erect flower. Just before opening, the flower resembles a lotus – from which the plant gets one of its names.
Want to know more about this plant, please visit Kew (Royal Botanic Garden).
It snowed a little in Stuttgart today. As i was standing near the window and enjoying the snow fall, I saw an old man walking fast towards, maybe his home to get away from the storm.
As he was walking by, i could not ignore the perfect footprints he was leaving behind. I had to freeze 😉 the moment and wanted to capture the mysterious and lonely feeling from it. Hopefully, you will feel it too.

This was taken in California at Highway 1 or also known as State Route 1. It’s a major north-south state highway that runs along most of the Pacific coastline of the U.S. state of California. The highway is famous for running along some of the most beautiful coastlines in the USA.
This was taken few years back in Bilbao station name “Vidriera Abando”. It was so huge and with so many colors, i had to capture it.
I am guessing this is a Rudbeckia or at least a type of it.
